Design and develop technical framework of platform
Build and refine a suite of products that make up a complex software/AI system
Grow an engineering function that will be the backbone of the business
Engaging with stakeholders ensuring that vision and progress are well-communicated and understood from a technical standpoint

Qualification
Required
Experience designing, developing, and scaling innovative software products from ground up
Experience with a breadth of languages, frameworks, cloud services, and modern software architecture
Understanding of how to incorporate AI/ML components into larger software systems
Comfort and ability to thrive as a leader in an ambiguous environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
