TEMPORARY Customer Service Representative Technician – Colorado Springs Office
The Colorado Department of Revenue is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative Technician. This role involves providing customer service, handling product sales, and supporting staff while engaging with the public in various capacities.
Government Administration
Responsibilities
Work directly with customers to greet, answer questions and help them purchase any products
Answer questions about local wildlife, human wildlife conflicts, and state parks
Answer all incoming calls, handle inquiries, and/or direct to appropriate staff
Monitor patrol radios, relay messages, and dispatch to staff
Sell park passes, hunting/fishing licenses, OHV/boat registrations and enter revenue totals on CPW's internet web system
Sell, inventory, and order merchandise
Light cleaning of the Visitor Center facilities and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license required
Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions and lift 50lbs
Ability to interact positively with the public in various situations
Weekend and evening work may be required
Applicants may be subject to successful completion of a comprehensive background check
Must be willing and able to work 40 hours per week
Preferred
Hunting and fishing experience helpful
