Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive sourcing processes for aircraft and engine maintenance, including developing detailed Request for Proposals and conducting sophisticated vendor evaluations
Negotiate and execute complex global agreements with maintenance providers and aftermarket vendors
Design commercial strategies to ensure reliable and cost-effective component and asset procurement
Support strategic acquisition of spare engines, auxiliary power units, and high-value rotatable assets
Collaborate across internal teams to align sourcing strategies with operational requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics
3+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of airline/MRO supply chain experience
Preferred
Master's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics
Experience with financial analysis and modeling
Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
Experience leading RFPs and negotiating complex contracts for services (MRO) and/or material (parts/rotables)
Direct experience sourcing and contracting for spare engines, APUs, or high-value rotable assets
