Project Manager – Water/Wastewater
Neel-Schaffer, Inc. is an employee-owned engineering firm seeking a Project Manager – Water/Wastewater to join their team in the Golden Triangle area of northeast Mississippi. The role involves leading and managing municipal, water/wastewater, or site civil engineering projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers.

Lead and manage municipal, water/wastewater, or site civil engineering projects
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support other departments as project and client needs evolve
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering
10-plus years of experience with technical work and project management in the field of Water/Wastewater, Municipal or Site Civil
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan and conceptualize
The ability to produce technical reports and memorandums that are clear, concise, and accurate
The ability to communicate effectively during day-to-day interactions with teaming partners, colleagues, and clients
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Licensed Professional Engineer in Mississippi or the ability to obtain within 6 to 12 months
Experience with design software preferred. AutoCAD (and/or Civil 3D), and ArcGIS is advantageous
