Responsibilities

Monitor live trading activity and market conditions

Identify, document, and escalate suspicious activity to Compliance when necessary

Investigate real-time market incidents and own critical path escalations to ElectronX Engineering, while providing regular and active remediation updates to customers

Collaborate with Engineering to automate monitoring tools and create real-time alerts

Develop Python scripts for data analysis and operational reporting

Use Python & SQL to build dashboards and visualization tools to improve market insights

Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions

Oversee daily trading operations and system monitoring

Assist with onboarding new participants and troubleshooting issues

Work with Compliance on investigations and regulatory requests

Contribute to business continuity planning and testing

Required

2+ years of experience in derivatives trading operations (market ops, surveillance, trading ops, etc.)
