Responsibilities
Design and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and automation within the DAM platform
Collaborate with the Digital Asset Management team to support global launches and expansions
Identify and implement AI capabilities to improve asset discoverability and overall DAM efficiency
Build and configure integrations with third-party tools to ensure seamless workflows
Develop comprehensive documentation and user guides for workflows and integrations
Establish governance standards and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with digital asset management platforms, particularly in workflow design and system integrations
Proficiency in managing complex workflows for asset ingestion, approval, distribution, and archival
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new platforms and troubleshoot independently
Excellent communication skills to present and influence stakeholders effectively
Experience using data and metrics for continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience implementing AI-powered features in DAM systems
Technical proficiency with API integration, scripting, or automation tools
Knowledge of rights management systems and workflows
Experience collaborating with external agencies on asset workflows and integrations
Understanding of global marketing operations and experience scaling workflows across regions
