Sales Operations Leader

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop our Sales Operations Specialists to achieve sales excellence objectives
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure the sales team has access to the necessary tools, technology, and resources to succeed
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to support sales initiatives
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and transparency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance or other analytical/business fields
Minimum 6+ years' experience in sales/marketing operations/analytics/CRM and leadership of direct teams
Experience in Customer Relationship Management (Sales Force automation, Customer Master, Data warehousing, Business intelligence tools …)
Experience in managing multiple reports and diverse priorities
Appropriate experience developing reporting processes and communicating quantitative data
Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in sales enablement tools and CRM systems (for example: Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages
