Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, including AI, data, quantum computing, and digital assets, to identify opportunities an
Develop business cases and strategic recommendations to guide decision-making and resource allocation
Shape the firm’s approach to AI, data, and emerging technologies through thought leadership and strategy development
Collaborate with product, data, and executive teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic planning
Translate complex technological concepts into actionable strategies and recommendations for stakeholders
Create presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively
Support the Leader, AI, Data, & Emerging Tech Strategy, in strategic planning and execution of initiatives
Identify and evaluate partnerships and opportunities to advance the firm’s technological capabilities
Stay updated on regulatory and ethical considerations related to emerging technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
5+ years' experience in strategy or technology research
Emerging technologies, including AI, quantum computing, and digital assets
Strategic planning and business case development methodologies
Market research and competitive analysis techniques
Data governance and regulatory compliance requirements
Financial services industry practices and regulations
Preferred
Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Emerging Technologies, or a related field
7+ years of experience in strategy development for AI, data, and emerging technologies in a financial services context
Trends and advancements in AI, data, and emerging technologies
Ethical considerations and responsible practices for emerging technologies
Innovation frameworks and methodologies
Risk management and compliance in technology adoption
Advanced data visualization techniques for strategic insights
