Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction for Sales Operations and manage development of key team members
Serve as a strategic partner to drive operational excellence and support corporate growth goals
Own and execute a multi-year operational roadmap aligning sales strategy, technology, processes, and resources
Ensure cross-functional alignment with key partners to drive priorities and mitigate risks
Lead strategic initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and process optimization
Elevate data capabilities within Sales by embedding a data-driven mindset and improving analytical maturity
Act as Sales Data Owner, ensuring data integrity, governance, and compliance with enterprise standards
Enhance sales reporting and analytics for key business priorities and business intelligence improvements
Collaborate with Marketing on agency communication strategies and targeted approaches for partners
Serve as business owner for core sales technology solutions, evaluate and recommend new capabilities in collaboration with IT, drive change management for new tools. Oversee agency program management, including performance reporting and program design updates
Lead review and updates to Agency Agreement and Profit-Sharing program, including benchmarking and enhancements
Drive collaboration with Marketing, Underwriting, Finance, and other units for growth initiatives
Maintain oversight of the Sales operating budget and provide updates to sales leadership
Serve as Sales contact during internal/external audits and business continuity exercises

Required

8 years of sales operational management
3 years of people leadership experience
Data acumen – ability to analyze complex information, translate insights into strategies, and drive data-informed decisions
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring and coaching
Oral and written communication skills
Collaborative working style, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Technical, Analytical, and Interpersonal skills
Project Management experience including planning, prioritizing, executing, and delivering on initiatives
Proven problem-solving ability with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field. MBA Preferred
CPCU or CIC
Completion of Program in General Insurance
