Monitor key performance indicators for team
Client Contacting to firm standards
Liability is resolved in a timely manner
Clients medical management completed to firm standards
DP’s are moved timely
PSS’s are moved timely
Meetings with Designated Team
Meeting with PI Manager – As needed

Required

Must be a active Rob Levine Law employee
At least 1 year preferably 2 years of experience as a Back End Case Manager
