Responsibilities
Remove blocks of cheese from totes
Load them onto conveyor systems
Monitor robotic palletizing equipment that stacks finished cases for distribution
Operate and maintain advanced packaging machinery
Drive forklifts as needed
Ensure products meet our high standards through consistent quality inspections
Troubleshoot
Make timely decisions
Maintain accurate inventory records
Adhere to strict safety and regulatory guidelines
Qualification
Required
High School or GED preferred
Three (3) months or more of related work experience and/or training in a food manufacturing industry strongly preferred
This role requires the ability to regularly lift and move objects weighing between 20–50 lbs
frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing, and exposure to vibration
The work environment may involve exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), high humidity, and loud machinery
