InternSelf-Help Credit Union is seeking an intern to join their Real Estate team, which focuses on leasing and marketing commercial properties. The intern will assist with communication strategies, market analysis, and brand support for community outreach events.

Responsibilities
Enhance communication with commercial tenants by creating various messaging strategies
Assist with research and market analysis studies to support project development
Provide brand support by developing videos, photos, and copy/content for communications channels and assist with campus and community outreach events alongside the Manager
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduates welcome to apply
Demonstrate a sincere interest in non-profit work, education, advocacy, or social work
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
An enthusiasm for learning
