Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to assess organizational needs and recommend design solutions that support strategic goals
Facilitate high-impact workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams to co-create operating models and structures
Analyze complex data on organizational structures, roles, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
Develop and present comprehensive reports, proposals, and visual models to stakeholders at all levels
Coach and mentor junior team members and OD facilitators throughout the project lifecycle and build organizational design capability
Oversee change management activities, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption of new designs
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented organizational changes and recommend further enhancements as needed
Analyze business strategy and translate it into organizational structures
Develop frameworks for role clarity, spans of control, and governance
Provide expert guidance on workforce planning and capability alignment
Drive change management and stakeholder engagement strategies

Required

Deep expertise in organizational design principles and methodologies

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in HR, Business, or OD
7+ years of experience in organizational design or related fields
Proven track record of leading large-scale design initiatives
Strategic, influential, and highly collaborative
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
Strong leadership and coaching mindset
