Responsibilities
Conduct invoice aging audits to ensure accurate and complete collateral documentation is obtained and maintained
Compares billing to payroll and analyzes trends and markup
Maintain detailed records of audit findings and communicate results to relevant stakeholders
Review client billing processes to verify that proper steps are followed and documented
Collaborate with Collateral Risk Associates to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Assist in the development and refinement of audit procedures and checklists
Support internal reporting and analysis related to collateral risk and audit outcomes
Partner with senior team members to enhance audit strategies and ensure alignment with broader risk management goals
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and accuracy in collateral audits
Qualification
Required
1 year of experience in Banking/Finance/Accounting/Audit type role related to close monitoring of accounts/processes
Preferred
Associate's Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
