Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong partner & client relationships
Generate monthly performance reports including customized reporting for key accounts
Analyze client data, present insights, and conduct client performance reviews
Ensure client retention through effective communication and becoming a trusted partner
Proactively identify accounts at risk of churn and work closely with Performance Strategists to formulate an action plan to retain customer and revenue
Strategically identify upsell and renewal opportunities
Educate clients of product enhancements and services
Point of escalation for new client on-boarding
Be detail-oriented and have a can-do attitude
Be proficient in PowerPoint and technology

Required

1-4 years experience in Digital, Marketing, Media, or Sales
Experience in building client relationships
Experience in managing launch dates and new client onboarding contact
Experience in conducting client performance reviews and generating new media revenue
Experience in ensuring client retention through effective communication and marketing strategies
Experience in developing and implementing media strategies and digital media strategies
Detail-oriented and have a can-do attitude
Proficient in PowerPoint and technology
