Responsibilities
Produce high-impact video and photo assets that connect with audiences across social, web, streaming, print, radio, and TV
Own the whole show: from kickoff to wrap, keep every project running smooth, sharp, and on-budget
Make magic happen behind the scenes: wrangle talent, locations, permits, vendors, and all the moving parts that make production possible
Turn ideas into action: build killer shot lists, storyboards, AVTs, and production decks that bring creative visions to life
Keep the dream on schedule: balance creative ambition with timelines, budgets, and real-world logistics (because creative chaos still needs a plan)
Assemble a dream team: hire and guide crew, vendors, and casting, making sure everyone’s clear, prepped, and ready to crush it
Run the set like a pro: lead the charge on shoot day, keeping energy high, talent happy, and every shot on point
Solve problems in real time: pivot fast, troubleshoot smoothly, and keep things moving no matter what curveball hits
Keep the numbers tight: manage budgets, track expenses, and make sure every dollar spent looks like ten on screen
Stay buttoned-up: organize call sheets, contracts, timecards, and docs like a production ninja (Everhour and Wrapbook are your best friends)
Spread good vibes: communicate clearly, keep morale high, and make every production feel like a creative adventure worth remembering
