Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of firmware engineers involved in the development of CXL and PCIe End Point devices of Marvell

Responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of software for Marvell

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep technical background

Contribute to the development of project goals and schedules

Demonstrate leadership and execute projects across a highly distributed engineering team

Work with various cross-functional groups such as Architect, other development teams, QA/Validation, System Test, Product Management, Product Documentation, Customer teams

Collaborate with teams across various sites

Responsible to mentor and train the team

Manage the engineering resource allocation

Recruit, retain, and develop top engineering talent

Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment
