State Farm Agent is a growing agency with a mission to help people manage risks and realize their dreams. They are seeking a Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service, educate clients on insurance options, and support the agent in marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:45am to 5:15pm
