They are seeking an Associate Environmental Underwriter who will be responsible for developing, managing, marketing, and underwriting profitable business while maintaining relationships with insurance agents and carriers.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain loyal relationships with insurance agents and brokers to create business placement opportunities

Develop and maintain underwriting relationships with insurance carriers by demonstrating in-depth personal insurance knowledge and adherence to underwriting guidelines

Recognize acceptable business opportunities through underwriting pre-qualification process

Successfully underwrite and bind new and renewal business

Meet and sustain targeted revenue goals

Coordinate resources to accomplish account specific objectives

Assume ultimate responsibility for the successful completion of all account tasks and details on account portfolio
