Responsibilities

Help solve the customer’s challenges through new ideas, tools and mechanisms
Drive adoption strategies and transformation initiatives that enable customers to train, fine-tune, and serve state-of-the-art generative AI models
Establish a deep understanding of the customer’s business vision, culture, and processes
Work closely with the Account Manager and the rest of the account team to identify and pursue additional commercial opportunities
Support onboarding of the greater AWS organization and implement mechanisms best-suited to pursue active opportunities or resolve priority issues
Enable a smooth transition between commitment and execution, program managing work streams across people, process and technology
Ensure alignment between customer, AWS and Partners and trigger the right AWS capabilities at the right time to address barriers or gaps
Capture best practices for cloud journey and migration acceleration and continuously enhance best practices repositories

Required

7+ years of senior customer facing role experience
10+ years of leading complex, large-scale, IT, technical or engineering programs experience
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field
Experience in leading complex, large-scale, IT, technical or engineering programs
Experience working with current technologies (especially cloud)
Travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred

PMP/SCRUM/Agile certification or are you SAFe certified
Knowledge of the software development/engineering lifecycle from conception to delivery
Experience implementing AWS/cloud services
AWS certification, such as, AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification
Master of Business Administration
Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
