Responsibilities

Proactively seeking professional development opportunities to enhance the ability to service EDI needs of our customers

Troubleshooting EDI issues and recommending solutions

Translating business needs into EDI designs for customers

Configuring and testing EDI partners within SAP

Supporting existing customers running SAP with EDI enhancements, optimization, and improvements to technical solutions

Delivering projects within timelines and budgets

Helping customers optimize EDI software through training and guidance

Adapting to constantly evolving customer needs and technical requirements

Working as part of a team to implement SAP EDI solutions for companies in manufacturing and distribution

Required

Residency (or planned residency) within the U.S. state(s) of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, or Wisconsin by the anticipated start date

Regular in-person attendance at the CONTAX Chicago office, with selected remote days

Willingness to travel within North America when required (10%)
