Responsibilities

Lead and manage a cloud engineering team developing distributed microservices for a multi-tenant, scalable platform
Oversee cloud service development with a focus on performance, security, and reliability
Set up coding guidelines, participate in code and design reviews, and ensure high-quality automation and testing
Collaborate with Product Management to align development with business goals
Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment and operations
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, embracing best practices and new technologies
Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, managing sprints and delivery timelines

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of software development experience
5+ years in managing cloud engineers
Strong experience with Kubernetes
Experience with microservices architecture
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Expertise in CI/CD pipelines
Experience with automation tools
Experience with cloud infrastructure (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in network security
Experience with TCP/IP
Experience with REST APIs
Experience in Unix/Linux environments
Proven ability to solve complex technical problems
Ability to collaborate across teams

Preferred

Master's degree is a plus
