Responsibilities

Direct end-to-end geotechnical design on diverse and high-impact projects-foundations, deep excavations, landslide mitigation, embankments, ground improvement, and earth retention systems
Lead project teams, coordinating workflow, conducting technical reviews, and ensuring deliverables meet rigorous quality, safety, and budgetary standards
Engage with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams, translating geotechnical insights into practical construction strategies and project plans
Drive innovation by applying advanced numerical modelling, instrumented monitoring, and performance-based design methods
Mentor and develop engineers, building technical depth, professional confidence, and a shared commitment to excellence

Required

Bachelor's or Master's in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Ph.D. is a plus)
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in geotechnical design engineering, with a track record of leading design efforts
Deep technical proficiency in soil mechanics, foundation engineering, slope stability, and ground improvement techniques
Skilled user of modelling tools (e.g., PLAXIS, FLAC, SLOPE/W), CAD software, and geotechnical instrumentation tools
Strong project management abilities: scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and client communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license highly preferred
