Director for Data Operations and Program Analytics

The Director of Data Operations and Program Analytics will lead efforts in managing data, reporting, and performance analytics to strengthen community impact. This role involves developing tools and systems for tracking progress and generating insights for decision-making.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize spreadsheets, databases, and tracking tools to support program management and performance monitoring
Analyze program and provider data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Generate reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders
Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations, data visualizations, and other materials to communicate findings effectively
Maintain accurate records of provider interactions, contracts, and agreements
Collaborate with internal and external partners to collect, verify, and analyze data
Support divisional initiatives, events, and neighborhood-based strategies with operational and data-related expertise
Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Remain current on best practices in data analysis, reporting, and community program evaluation
Provide ad hoc analysis and project support as needed, leveraging Excel and other data tools

Required

A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, accredited by regional, national, professional, or specialized agencies recognized as accrediting bodies by the U. S. Secretary of Education and by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and four years of satisfactory, full-time community liaison, community organization or community relations experience, at least two years of which must have been in a broad administrative or policy-making capacity with responsibility for planning, organizing, coordinating, developing, evaluating, and/or administering a large community service program or activity
A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's Department of Education, or a recognized accrediting organization and eight years of satisfactory, full-time experience as described in '1' above, at least two years of which must have been in a broad administrative or policy-making capacity with responsibilities as described in '1' above
Education and/or experience equivalent to '1' or '2' above
All candidates must possess a four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's Department of Education or a recognized accrediting organization and two years of full-time experience in a broad administrative or policy-making capacity with responsibilities as described in '1' above
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above
High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above
Education and/or experience which is equivalent to '1' or '2' above
All candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in '1' above

Preferred

Six or more years of relevant professional experience, including at least two years in an executive or managerial role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and other data tools
Experience developing spreadsheets, tracking systems, and performance reports
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering presentations
Familiarity with youth development and community-based programs
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite for report and presentation design
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a collaborative 'can-do' attitude
