Responsibilities
Build and maintain features across our frontend and backend systems, with a strong emphasis on clean, maintainable code
Contribute to the design and implementation of UI components that give teams and clients strong visibility into system behavior and performance
Support backend services with a focus on data accuracy, system reliability, and operational excellence
Collaborate with teammates to enhance observability and monitoring through dashboards, alerts, and instrumentation
Contribute to the design and implementation of ad-tech-scale data and ML solutions
Write automated tests and contribute to ongoing improvements in tooling, coverage, and quality
Participate in code reviews, share feedback, and help drive alignment on technical decisions
Collaborate with product and engineering partners to scope work, refine requirements, and deliver features on time
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer working with modern frontend and backend technologies
Background in adtech, including hands-on experience with ad serving, pixels, tracking, measurement, or related systems
Solid backend development skills. We use Golang, but experience with any modern backend language is welcome
Comfortable working with automated testing frameworks and contributing to an overall testing culture
Strong communicator who works well with cross-functional teams and enjoys solving complex problems in a collaborative environment
A thoughtful engineer who cares about reliability, usability, and building things the right way
Preferred
Strong experience with React or a comparable frontend framework preferred
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Looker, OpenTelemetry, Centry, or New Relic
A strong interest in data science/machine learning concepts, or hands-on experience with high-throughput, ad-tech scale data solutions
