Responsibilities

Assess technical requirements for equipment installation, including specifications, drawings, and technical documentation as well as provide technical guidance to the installation team and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the installation process

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, spend tracking, contractor scope of work, installation manuals, spare parts inventory, and as-built drawings

Provide and present regular project status updates to stakeholders and management

Support execution of in the field activities that include but are not limited to layout, rigging, electrical, mechanical installation

Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives

Coordinate with procurement teams, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure timely availability of equipment and materials required for installation

Required

4+ years of experience in equipment design, installation and maintenance

Demonstrated experience in scheduling, developing scope of work (SOW), and organization

Demonstrated experience in contractor management, technical trades and custom manufacturing equipment installations

Ability to operate within standard computer management softwares (Procore, maintainX, JIRA, etc) as well as CAD

Ability to move objects up to 50 pounds

Excellent communication and organizational skills
