Responsibilities
Assist with email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and list management under the guidance of the Email Marketing Lead
Support the Analytics Lead with data entry, reporting, and Power BI dashboard management
Help streamline and document processes within our team project management platform, Asana
Prepare reports and recommendations based on findings to inform marketing trends
Participate in foundational marketing training, gaining exposure to campaign strategy, analytics, and digital tools
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduates welcome to apply
Demonstrate a sincere interest in non-profit work, education, advocacy, or social work
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
