Required

10+ years in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or SAP data roles

3+ years in a leadership capacity

Deep expertise in SAP ERP (S/4HANA, ECC) and MDM tools (SAP MDG, Informatica, Winshuttle)

Proven success implementing enterprise data governance frameworks

Experience with global business processes in complex industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, healthcare)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Skilled in managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams

Strong business acumen with ability to align technical solutions to strategic goals

Willingness to travel up to one week per month or as needed

Effective in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities

Expertise in IT service delivery and balancing support with project execution

Skilled in business case development, IT governance, risk management, and emerging tech evaluation

Deep understanding of development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels

Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities

Broad knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise application integration

Familiarity with forecasting, modeling, and scenario planning for IT strategy

Highly adaptable, innovative, and resilient under pressure
