Responsibilities
Drive national new business 99% of the time
Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team
Cultivate C-Suite relationships with carriers, TPAs, MGAs, self-insureds, and public entities
Manage pipeline, track progress, and implement sales strategies
Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure optimal service
Qualification
Required
Hands-on, growth-focused Player-Coach experience
Experience leading and selling at the national level in Workers' Compensation, Auto Liability, and Disability
Ability to drive net-new business
Experience mentoring a sales team
Ability to cultivate C-Suite relationships with carriers, TPAs, MGAs, self-insureds, and public entities
Experience managing pipeline and tracking progress
Ability to implement sales strategies
Experience collaborating with Client Success Managers
