Responsibilities

Gain exposure and hands-on experience in equity products by rotating through cash trading, investor access, and equity research sales, working with best-in-class senior staff and industry experts

Interact daily with salespeople, sales traders, sector traders, and industry specialists who influence key decisions with institutional clients including mutual funds, hedge funds, and advisors managing pensions and endowments

Have a high level of responsibility and be empowered to make an important contribution by synthesizing real-time assessments of market moving events and contributing to our distribution group’s overall production

Read and review our research to gain a comprehensive overview of a wide range of industries and companies under coverage from our top-ranked Research Analysts

Develop client interaction and business presentation skills by: shadowing senior professionals, conducting write ups, participating in mock-meetings, presenting a stock pitch for evaluation, assisting with event scheduling, contributing to investor targeting analysis, competing in a trading simulation
