Baptist Health is looking to add a Charge Integrity Analyst to their Revenue integrity team at Baptist Metro Square. The Charge Integrity Analyst will work out of Epic work queues to identify missing charges or modifiers and perform root-cause analysis to address revenue issues.

Responsibilities

Managing, coordinating, and implementing charge capture initiatives and processes to improve revenue management and revenue protection
Discover the root cause of revenue issues and develop corrective action plans and provide education on those plans
Working closely with assigned departments and ensuring work queues are being addressed and offering support, guidance, and education as needed

Required

High School Diploma/GED
3-5 Years Experience with CPT/HCPCS Codes or Charging Required
3-5 Years Coding Experience Required
1-2 years Third Party Billing and Payment Methodologies Experience Required
1-2 years Knowledge of Federal and State Regulations Required

Bachelor's Degree
Epic HB/PB Revenue Integrity Experience Preferred
Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) Preferred
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Preferred
