Responsibilities
Manage parts identification related projects to solve complex business problems
Immerse yourself in the current business process for creating part identification models that are used within the product. This will require CAD skills and the ability to execute projects to completion
Build solutions that will improve parts identification business processes and support critical business strategies
Research industry best practices and communicate with vendors to evaluate what capabilities exist
Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis
Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders
Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process
Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, other Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience; or Master's degree with no previous professional experience; or equivalent experience
2+ years of related experience in project management or program management
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support
Profiency in CAD Software (NX, Creo, TeamCenter)
This is a graduate eligible role
Preferred
Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Post-CAD visualization software
Demonstrated ability to work within a team
Attention to detail and organizational skills
