Responsibilities

Lead 5 Distribution Center Supervisors and 75 hourly associates across inbound and outbound operations

Ensure trucks depart on time and service levels are consistently met

Partner with Facilities Management to address maintenance issues quickly and effectively

Conduct supervisor meetings to foster communication and continuous improvement

Analyze inbound/outbound processes and implement best practices across the network

Oversee payroll, paperwork, and compliance with SOPs, EHS, and security procedures

Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and servant leadership

Manage operational budgets, overtime, and cost controls

Participate in cross-functional meetings and special projects to strengthen company culture and performance

Required

High School Diploma/GED (Degree preferred)

5+ years of experience in a high-speed warehouse/distribution center

3+ years managing multiple supervisors and 50+ hourly associates

Servant leadership mentality?no micro-managers

Strong people skills and the ability to lead a tenured workforce

Experience with productivity metrics and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma a plus)

Proficiency in MS Office and WMS/AS400 systems

Excellent communication skills and openness to 2nd shift hours (2 PM to Midnight)
