The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst applying advanced mathematical modeling, optimization, and analytics to support COMFRC decision-making and readiness initiatives. This role also involves providing onsite project management and serving as the contract's onsite project management lead.

Responsibilities

Formulate and apply mathematical modeling, simulation, optimization, and statistical methods
Develop decision-support models, simulations, and analytical products
Analyze operational, maintenance, logistics, and cost data
Develop optimal time, cost, and logistics networks for program evaluation
Serve as SME for mission-critical and high-visibility initiatives
Provide onsite project management (task coordination, schedules, risk, deliverables)
Act as primary technical interface with Government leadership
Oversee work of journeyman and junior staff

Required

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience producing accurate meeting minutes, governance documentation, and formal reports
Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Ability to work onsite at NAS PAX River, MD

Preferred

Experience supporting DOD, Navy COMFRC headquarters components
Secret Clearance
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
