Responsibilities

Performing military requirements analysis
Threat system analysis
System survivability analysis
Mission performance/effectiveness analysis
Military utility
Performing modeling, simulation, and analysis to support program development, execution, and related research and development projects
Supporting the lead in developing or assessing new requirements and evaluate advanced air vehicle concepts and technologies
Supporting mission engineering activities to ensure performance capabilities of new systems and architectures are traded against cost and mission requirements; develop mission relevant scenarios; assess operational effectiveness of existing and emerging systems and capabilities in the threat environment
Communicating across the engineering disciplines and technology areas to integrate capabilities

Required

Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline AND 0 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master's of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 0 years of related professional/military experience, OR a STEM Ph.D. AND 0 years of related professional/military experience
Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Top Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation), and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company
Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline AND 2 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master's of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 0 years of related professional/military experience, OR a STEM Ph.D. AND 0 years of related professional/military experience
Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Top Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation), and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company

Preferred

Familiarity in various aspects of advanced air and associated technologies to include: Low Observables, Electronic Warfare, Radar Modeling/Analysis, RF/IR/EO/Acoustic Modeling/Analysis, Survivability Analysis, Countermeasures, Operations, Sensor Payloads, Ground Station
Ability to work both independent and in a team in a fast-paced environment, and brief technical approach and status to senior management
Familiarity with Linux and/or Unix-based development
Knowledge of domain-specific radar principles, including signal processing, target acquisition, target tracking, resource management, discrimination, and battle manager interfaces
Experience related to air vehicle sensors (RF, EO/IR, radar, ESM, SAR, etc.), data processing/fusion, data links, navigation, or vehicle control
Experience in MATLAB, FORTRAN, Perl, Python, C#, or C/C++, or other advanced programming languages
Familiarity in modeling and simulations tools such as AFSIM, Suppressor, ESAMS, STK, JSE or other engagement or mission level models
Final adjudicated government TS/SCI security clearance
