Responsibilities
Perform intermediate-level calculations and design with minimal supervision
Prepare and modify plans, reports, and technical documents
Review shop drawings for compliance
Guide junior designers and provide technical support
Participate in business development and client coordination
Support limited project management and coordination tasks
Maintain current knowledge of codes, standards, and design tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and design principles
MEP/Construction Industry experience
Ability to lead small tasks or portions of projects
Intermediate to advanced knowledge and proficiency in engineering design, A&E industry, codes, design guides and standards required. Knowledge applicable to a range of practices, project or program types
High technical aptitude: ability to learn, understand and utilize various systems and processes
Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and engineering design software applicable to your discipline or focus
Clear communication and willingness to ask questions
Accountability, reliability, and ethical behavior
Commitment to accuracy and quality
Collaboration and receptiveness to feedback
Preferred
FE and PE completion preferred
Completion of FE exam, LEED and/or WELL accreditation
