Responsibilities
Preparation of tax workpapers for special purpose and other investment vehicles
Review returns and K-1s prepared by service providers
Prepare workpapers supporting 1042, 1099, and NYS LLC filings
Government reporting including FBAR and FATCA/CRS
Prepare entity tax documents such as W-81MY, W-8BEN-E
Obtain GIIN and tax ID numbers
Prepare check the box elections
Support to ASC 740 analysis and preparing responses to investor inquires
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of relevant experience in general tax, hedge fund or private equity industry
Background in partnership tax compliance
