Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports
Create data models, DAX measures, and visualizations to support business insights
Optimize reports for performance and scalability
Integrate Power BI with various data sources (SQL Server, ServiceNow, Salesforce, JIRA, Excel, SharePoint, Azure, APIs, etc.)
Build and manage automated workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and approvals
Integrate Power Automate flows with Office 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, and third-party systems
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize flow performance
Design and develop custom business applications using canvas and model-driven apps
Implement role-based security, data validation, and responsive UI
Connect apps to Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other connectors
Maintain and enhance existing Power Apps solutions
Create and/or participate in AI solutioning utilizing Agentic AI, Gen AI for Analytics
Integrate the results of AI to Power BI dashboards
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with organizational standards
Provide end-user training, documentation, and support
Stay updated on Power Platform updates and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem
Experience connecting to APIs and external data sources
Experience with Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, and AI Builder
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
