BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst - La Verne (Part-time)

Developmental Pathways Inc is dedicated to providing high-quality autism services and improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a BCBA, you will work directly with adults on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans while collaborating with a team of Behavior Therapists.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs
Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates
Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs)
Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training
Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis

Qualification

Required

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation for travel
Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred

Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred
