Senior Business Development Representative
Skydio is the leading US drone company and the world leader in autonomous flight. As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will leverage your previous BDR experience to drive qualified outbound meetings and expand the business across North America.

Responsibilities
Consistently surpass your monthly quota of qualified opportunities
Leverage multi-channel prospecting to set meetings with exec-level contacts
Qualify prospects by conducting high-level 15-minute discovery calls
Travel 1-2 times per month for industry events; qualify prospects in-person
Collaborate with the team to consistently improve our outbound process
Qualification
Required
You consistently perform in the Top 10% of your outbound BDR team
You make 100+ Dials/Day; you have experienced the joy of having 10+ daily conversations with exec-level contacts; you are fluent in the language of executives
You are able to identify your Top 20% of your accounts (and prospects) and focus 80% of your energy there - leveraging your creativity where it makes the biggest impact, automating the rest
You have a consistent daily process and operate like a well-oiled machine
You identify problems; and you expect your leaders to empower you to solve them
