Responsibilities

Assemble hydraulic and industrial hoses to meet customer specifications

Inspect, test, and package hose assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards

Manage inventory: Ensure materials are organized, stocked, and readily available for quick assembly and order fulfillment

Assist customers by providing technical support and helping with product selection

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and company policies

Work with team members to improve workflow and ensure efficient, accurate order processing

Required

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and equipment

Attention to detail and the ability to follow customer specifications accurately

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and assisting customers

Valid driver's license required

Preferred

Experience in hose assembly or hydraulic systems is a plus, though training will be provided

Experience with warehouse inventory management is a plus
