Start in 2026 SpringTesla is seeking an Internship Program Manager for their Vehicle Firmware team, starting in May 2026. This role involves supporting new vehicle programs, coordinating firmware releases, and facilitating engineering vehicle allocations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fleet testing and validation improvements for faster engineering design cycle iterations
Coordinate software OTA rollout to our worldwide engineering fleet of prototype vehicles
Facilitate engineering vehicle allocation, tracking, use, and logistics across all engineering teams worldwide
Support defining test metrics and tracking of progress towards those metrics
Design, develop and maintain processes for engineering vehicle lifecycles worldwide
Support quarterly global engineering fleet audits
Coordinate prototype hardware retrofit campaigns – partnering with prototype shops to execute, ensuring part and firmware readiness
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Management, or related field of study with a graduation date between August 2026 – August 2027
Ability to be resourceful, and autonomously drive solutions in ambiguous problem spaces
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience working in a fast-paced R&D environment on several different projects
Experience with Jira, SharePoint, Confluence
Basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals and product development lifecycle
