Responsibilities

Assemble and test initial circuit designs on breadboards for quick iteration and debugging

Translate validated designs into functional Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) through layout design and fabrication, followed by hands-on component assembly and soldering.Execute

Conduct comprehensive functional, performance, and reliability testing on prototypes under various conditions

Systematically debug and resolve hardware and software issues, driving design revisions as necessary to achieve product specifications

Champion an iterative development process, refining schematics, modifying component selections, and creating successive prototype generations based on testing outcomes and feedback until all product requirements are met

Create and maintain detailed records of design specifications, code, component choices, test results, and lessons learned to facilitate knowledge transfer and future product development

Research, select, and specify electronic components based on performance, cost, availability, and reliability, coordinating with suppliers for prototype and production needs

Design for efficient power consumption and effective heat dissipation, critical for compact and high-performance electronic devices
