Regional Sales Manager
HireneXus is partnering with a leading provider of equipment financing solutions to add a Regional Sales Manager to their team to cover Atlanta. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities
New Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities at both the end-user and dealer levels
Client Relationship Management: Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth
CRM & Sales Tracking: Leverage the company’s CRM system to manage leads, track sales activity, and implement targeted marketing strategies
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with credit, documentation, collections, and marketing teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences
Deal Execution: Facilitate customer applications, oversee transaction closings, and manage various responsibilities within the assigned territory
Qualification
Required
Commercial Finance experience within the transportation industry is a must
Demonstrated success in sales within equipment finance, equipment sales, or a related industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and in person
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other business software
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
Self-motivated and driven to expand a sales territory and build a strong book of business
Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred
Experience selling trucks and or trailers is a plus
Familiarity with the equipment finance process (preferred but not required)
