Managing Residential Caseload: Handling matters from instruction to completion

Providing Excellent Client Care: Ensuring clear communication and updates throughout each transaction

Overseeing Multiple Matters: Prioritising workloads and meeting required deadlines

Using Case Management Systems: Ensuring accurate document production and record keeping

Supporting Junior Team Members: Offering guidance and technical input

Collaborating with Senior Leadership: Working with the Head of Residential Property to support departmental growth

Maintaining Compliance: Ensuring regulatory and professional standards are met

Qualification

Required

Has solid experience in residential property conveyancing

Is confident managing their own caseload from instruction to completion, including working on multiple matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of client care

Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders

Is proactive, organised, and committed to delivering excellent service

Works well independently and as part of a team

Provides technical support to junior team members
