Go the extra mile to address customer inquiries effectively
Qualification
Required
Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
At least 2 year of experience in customer service or sales
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills in English
Work US Day Shifts with flexible hours
Familiar with customer service CRM software
