Responsibilities
Own and grow assigned DSO accounts (corporate + field) to achieve revenue, margin, and adoption targets
Lead contracting support: pricing proposals, presentations, GPO/DSO submissions, and internal approvals
Drive product conversion and standardization: pilots, evaluations, chairside feedback, and rollout plans
Partner with clinical stakeholders (dentists, hygienists, assistants, procurement) to build usage and compliance
Coordinate implementation with operations: forecast planning, inventory readiness, onboarding, and order pathways
Create account plans (quarterly business reviews, pipeline tracking, next-step execution) and maintain CRM hygiene
Support marketing activations: in-office training, webinars, regional meetings, and trade shows
Troubleshoot issues and escalate effectively (product feedback, quality concerns, fulfillment exceptions)
Identify new DSO targets and build a pipeline through networking, events, and inbound/outbound efforts
Qualification
Required
3+ years in dental sales/account management; DSO, GPO, or large group practice experience strongly preferred
Proven success managing complex stakeholders and moving opportunities through evaluation → contract → rollout
Understanding of dental distribution/DSO purchasing (buyers, clinicians, HQ vs field dynamics)
Strong business acumen: pricing, margin awareness, deal structure, and forecasting
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
Willingness to travel (~25–40%)
Preferred
Experience with consumables categories (prophy, restorative, preventive, perio, infection control, 3D printing)
Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel for pricing analysis
Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
