Responsibilities

Applies a systematic, disciplined, quantifiable approach to maintaining and enhancing Power BI datasets, reports and Snowflake data pipelines

Actively being part of team migrating the Business Objects Reports and Tableau dashboards to Power BI reports and dashboards

Applies best practices in developing reports, dashboards in Power BI, Business Objects and Tableau

Learn and understand a broad range of Brightstar’s data resources and know how, when, and which to use

Provides technical support, training and guidance to business users, facilitating migration from current reporting system to Power BI and snowflake stack

Develops and maintains Snowflake data engineering solutions to support scalable, secure, and high-performance reporting environments

Report key insight trends, using statistical rigor to simplify and inform the larger team of noteworthy story lines that impact the business

Build automated data solutions and dashboards, maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources

Able to convert the proof-of-concept code and modules into production deployable code using functional, object-oriented programming
