Capability Associate, Air Defense

Responsibilities

Own systems that effectively deliver air defense capabilities into the hands of warfighters, as immense scale
Manage the optimization of our service model, work with manufacturing and supply chain to ensure material readiness, and embed with account teams to coordinate delivery of procured products
Execute the processes in which Anduril sustains delivered products, through their entire lifecycle, to include customer outreach, reactive/pro-active servicing, product revisioning, and return material authorization (RMA)
Build trust with Anduril teammates, vendors, partners, potential customers and users through effective communication, positive attitude, and follow-through
Brief customers on the processes that come with the products
Develop relationships across the company to operate effectively
Effectively communicate risks and expectations to a diverse group of stakeholders
Develop a deep understanding of mission requirements for emerging capabilities, including the nature of threats, operational and resource constraints, rules of engagement, and how they intersect with the end user’s experience
Proactively communicate this understanding to Anduril’s capability delivery teams to enhance new technologies to support evolving mission needs and product no fit
Deeply understand product development priorities and business development opportunities, and frame trade-offs to program and sales leaders

Required

Proven experience participating in a technical team of peers to field hardware and software products to real operating environments at various scales
Proven experience and aptitude in refining and optimizing operational processes
2+ years work experience in a technology company or as a part of a technical implementation team focused on initial fielding and sustainment of integrated hardware and software products
Strong interest in Air Defense / Counter-UAS technologies, tactics, and strategy
Eligible for a US DoD S/TS security clearance
Can travel up to 75% of the year
