They are currently seeking an Escrow Officer for their busy Valparaiso office to manage all aspects of the closing process and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Knowledge of and adherence to the title and escrow transaction processes
Providing next-level customer service while developing strong relationships with internal and external clients
Managing all aspects of the closing process
Expertly and expediently resolve any title issues that arise
Possess great organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic
Must have or be eligible to obtain title licensing from the state
Must have or be eligible to obtain notary commission from the state
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Prior Escrow/Title industry experience
Knowledge of ResWare and Microsoft Office applications
